I have a problem with my gums or it could be my teeth I guess. I am ok most of the time but then I eat something and part of my mouth feels like it has a needle sticking in it.

I guess I should visit my dentist but I was rather hoping this was a temporary infection problem but I have had this problem with gums for a few days now. It is hurting right now as I speak.
