8d Problem Solving Techniques
It was during the eventful years of the Second World War that 8d procedure was officially recognized. The US government was the first of its kind to officially recognize and standardize this amazing technique of problem solving. It was initially known as the Military Standard 1520 and officially referred to as the “corrective action and disposition system of nonconforming material”. In the years following the war, that the Ford Company popularized the concept of the 8d Problem Solving Techniques. By the 1970s, several reputed organizations in various parts of the world recognized it as a great way to solving critical problems.
