Naturally they’re going to be awfully nervous about what they will now invest into. I’m not in the practice of catching falling knives, and this market is falling, and it’s only with clearness of what’s actually out there that banks will feel the ground under their feet. If that is the case caution will be key, tight lending during 2009 and into 2010 while batteries are recharged and on to a relaxing of capital later in 2010. Meanwhile however, we are seeing reasonable Commercial Loans policies with banks for suitable projects, but much is dependent upon how well they’re approached.
