I wish I could give more back to my employees.
Having a small company the Employer benefits of Ira contributions is debatable. I deal in horse shows and not able to give anyone any sort of benefits. I tell people up front that is how things are with me and my company. As a result I tell people that they should plan for their future and put every extra dime they can spare into a Ira. I honestly wish I could help people fund their own retirement, I can barely do my own. If people are willing to hang out with me longer on the job I usually pay them a lot more;however I’m not sure that covers everything in the end.
