Items prohibited on Yahoo Stores
Yahoo Store users are prohibited from selling certain products in their stores. Selling these specific items could result in account suspension or even worse law enforcement involvement. The follow items are prohibited from being sold on Yahoo stores. Live animals, tobacco and alcohol are all prohibited from sell. As well as any items that you do not own the rights or license to sell including but not limited to eBooks, scripts, graphics, 3d models or software. You also may not sell services that you do not posses all required license for. You cannot sell body parts of any type form or fashion. Selling an item that is listed incorrectly is illegal. Items that can be used for hacking, cracking, jamming or are used to perform illegal activities are also prohibited. You cannot sell tickets, raffles, sweepstakes, grab bags or any other type of gambling related items. Fireworks, explosives and other hazardous materials are strictly prohibited. Any counterfeit items of any kind are strictly prohibited as sell of these times of items can be punishable by law.
