Minimising the bottled water environmental footprint

If you think about your own footprints, when you walk along a beach you have an impact on the sand, each step creates its own mark. It is clear to all those that can see them that someone has walked there. Providing the waves cannot reach the part of the beach where the footsteps were made and as long as the wind didn’t erode the sand, the footprints will still remain. Bottled Water leaves its own environmental footprint. Yet, with care these environmental footprints can be minimised. Companies such as The Water Delivery Company in London are leading the way by ensuring that their bottles are always reused and if necessary recycled, and that the companies carbon footprint is minimised wherever possible, so that the eternal flame of the water bottle can burn on in the face of climate change.
