Owning a restaurant
A dream of my husband and I’s is to one day own our own restaurant. He would be the chef and in charge of the recipes and food items, and I would handle the money aspect of it and do all the budgeting and bookkeeping. We’re also thinking of involving some family members to help out in the every day task of running the restaurant. It’s not easy to start a restaurant, but I think the most important part of any successful business is to have a true passion for what you’re doing, and that’s definitely something that my husband and I have for this job.
