The secret is to ask yourself ‘powerful questions’ as an effective way of using time management in business. Examples of these are: What is the most important thing for me to focus on at the moment? What is the next step for me in this moment? What is it about this that is important to me? When you ask ‘powerful questions’, take some time to listen to the answers that come to you and you will soon be one your way to better time management. There is much more to managing your time effectively but this should help you identify the things that are most important at any given time.
