House Swap?

Traveling is one of the great luxuries that my husband and I do. We love to travel and we try to do it at least once every couple of months. We go to Europe every year.

We have been talking to one of our friend that lives in Europe about doing a house swap. We would use there home for our holiday homes in Europe and they can use our home when they travel to the United states.

We love this option because we are saving some money and we trust who we are doing the house swap with. It works out for both of us.

Breaking the Cycle of Poverty in Nicaragua with Charitable Foundation Work

Wellness programs go into the classrooms to provide lice and anti-parasite treatments while the aid program is provided by a non-governmental organization.  In the playground the children wear shoes made by local cobblers and practice their folkloric dances.  The curriculum includes instruction in math, spelling, Spanish, English, social studies, and literacy.  Nicaraguan charities visit the principal to describe how to provide wellness to the child and the teacher as well as give tax-deductible backpacks and books.  Sustainable giving by Nicaragua Aid Foundation Charity helps empower parents to feel in charge of the school and provides them with an opportunity to give non-profit advice.

Canoeing down the Snake River

The Snake River works its way through several states, including Wyoming. Many people travel to Wyoming’s portion of the river because it offers so many great opportunities for lovers of canoeing. Everything the water lover would want is on this river, from whitewater to calm water, and even some lakes. Whatever your canoeing desire, you are sure to find it on the Snake River. Make sure you bring along your camera as well because you are likely to see some very interesting wildlife on your trip down the river – bear, elk, wolves, and a variety of other creatures are quite commonly spotted. You can take a small paddle and only spend a day on the river, or you can go all out and take a nice, long camping trip. You can go it alone, or you can hire a guide to take you down the river. If you aren’t entirely comfortable with every single aspect of canoeing, you might want to think about hiring a guide for your first river tour. It is always better to be safe, and the guide will be able to point out features and landmarks that you might miss. Your trip down the Snake River is going to be something you will remember for a lifetime.

Travel Operator for Group Travels

Traveling in groups involves more people and this means more fun.  So why not travel in groups then?  As often been said, it is not always about the destination but the journey.  Certainly there are more benefits to traveling in groups than doing it alone.  Group travel basically refers to traveling with a custom-made group of people.  Group travel is arguably the best form of travel for many Americans.  Travel operator secures the accommodation and comfort in traveling with groups.  By virtue of being accompanied by many people, an often monotonous and exasperating journey can translate into an exciting and merry-making one. While one half of the long and tedious voyage is covered in getting introduced to your group; socializing and knowing them better makes up for the other half of it.  So even though you are not with your family and set of friends, you cannot feel lonely because of the company of numerous men and women.

Stapleton - An Overview

Just ten minutes from downtown Denver is the planned community of Stapleton – undoubtedly, it is a great example of a new kind of urban development. Originally, before it was renovated into a residential lot – it was an old airfield by the name of Stapleton International Airport. Stapleton developers began in 2001 a 15-year project of reclaiming and recycling the land to create a vibrant suburban community. Plotted with tree-lined streets, parks, traditional architecture and front porches – this area is indeed very much accessible and as some put it – “walkable.” Thirty percent of the community’s 47K acres are dedicated green space and with most homes less than a ten minute walk from shops, schools and offices, there are plenty of places to go. Housing options range from a low $100k town homes all the way to $1m estates making it easy for all kinds of folks to call Stapleton their home.

Milner Gardens 3 Bedroom Townhouse

We are taking a family vacation to Sydney, Australia and wanted to stay somewhere a bit more convenient than a regular hotel room. When I started looking through our options for Sydney hotels, I found the Milner Gardens 3 Bedroom Townhouse, which is just perfect. I think this will be a much better option since we have two small children with us. I like the location near the Chatswood Shopping Complex and the Sydney Harbour Bridge. There are even restaurants within walking distance if we don’t feel like cooking after a day of sight seeing. Now that I have solved the problem of where to stay, I can’t wait to take our trip.

Rome’s history and quaintness

I remember arriving in Rome, the feeling of excitement and wonder. And relief, after a harrowing cab ride from the airport. At one point the driver created a 3rd lane on a 2 lane highway. We arrived to our first of our Italy hotels in the middle of the town, and got our first experience of staying in a building which has withstood the passing of time. The wood floorboards were rich in color, the elevators elegant and smooth;l my favorite part was arriving from an excursion, and facing an immense wooden door, and entering by a smaller door cut into it.

Villas in Bali

If you plan on visiting the beautiful island of Bali, might I suggest staying in a luxurious villa right on the beach. It’s not as expensive as you may think, and I have firsthand knowledge of these fine accommodations. I had the privilege of staying in one of the Bali villas right on the beach and it was absolutely breathtaking. I had never experienced anything like it before, and don’t know if I ever will again. It was truly like being transported to another time and place, and I will cherish the experience always. Or at least until I return again.

Sun, Sea and Sand at hotels in Benidorm Spain

We recently returned from our vacation to Benidorm, Spain. Wow! We had a wonderful time basking in the sun and enjoying one of the many shops lining the streets and beaches. This little bit of paradise is surrounded by both beaches and mountains where you can enjoy both the sunrise and sunset into the sea. Although it is primarily a big tourist attraction with so many hotels in Benidorm to choose from it still has that old country feel. If you are planning a trip to Spain you must spend at least a day/night in Benidorm and enjoy the beaches and nightlife this quaint city has to offer.

The Lake in Taupo

The lake lies in a caldera created following a huge volcanic eruption approximately 26,500 years ago. According to geological records, the volcano has erupted 28 times in the last 27,000 years. It has predominantly erupted rhyolitic lava although Mount Tauhara formed from dactic lava. The largest eruption, known as the Oruanui eruption, ejected an estimated 1,170 cubic kilometres of material and caused several hundred square kilometres of surrounding land to collapse and form the caldera, these may include Motels in Taupo, but not for certain. The caldera later filled with water, eventually overflowing to cause a huge outwash flood. Several later eruptions occurred over the millennia before the most recent major eruption.
