No Longer Getting Those Late Night Calls
The dentist I work for is looking to hire one of those answering services for after call hours. For as long as I have worked for him, he has handled emergency calls himself. The practice has really grown over the years and he is not able to do that anymore. He has been getting two to three calls a night. Some of these calls are not even legitimate emergencies. The answering service will screen these calls. They will only get in touch with him if it is truly an emergency. I know he will be getting a better night sleep from here on out.
