Stick to Important Survey Questions Only

There are two things that you would like to achieve when conducting a survey: a good response rate and valid statistical results. If your aim is to get maximum response to your questionnaires, you should limit the questions to what’s really important only. If you can come up with a one-page survey, your potential respondents will not be put off from answering them. If you can make it so that it will only take three to five minutes of their time, they will be more amenable to giving you what you want, which, in this case, is their honest opinion.  As for the second goal, you need to make sure that all of your customer satisfaction survey questions will help you reach the objective of your survey. Otherwise, remove them from your questionnaire and stick to the ones that have significance.
