Can I add chips to my healthy eating food list?
Chip cannot be a part of the Healthy Eating Food list because it is not healthy. chips is not something you want to eat and not sometihing that is going to add value to your life. chip should be the last thing you want to put in your body because for one it is not natural and for two it is fattish and greasy. I want to advise you that chip should be eliminated fromyour food list period. and fruit vegetables water but no chip that is a no no. work out and exercise but no chip and dip no way!
