Fitting it in
I think that too many folks get bogged down with information when it comes to working out that they allow this to actually prevent them from doing anything but going to work, coming home afterwards, feeling tired, grabbing a beer, watching tv, and doing some sort of home chores. Most people have a pretty good routine in place so doing a quick workout may fit in better if they were to really get results like definition. Without results, working out is a waste of time. You also have to be careful with what you put in your body awell as on your body.
