Trying Diets for Quick Weight Loss
My best friend and I were trying to two different diets for quick weight loss. We both had babies around the same time last year and we have not lost the extra weight from our pregnancies. We know that no specific diet will change us forever and that we need to make lifestyle changes long term for the weight loss to be maintained, but we feel like we need to lose a few pounds quickly at first to encourage us to keep going. I am trying a diet with limited portions and counting calories. My friend is trying a diet where she works out an hour a day and eats a lot of fruits.
