Brita Filter Jug – Kinder To The Environment
Did you know that in order to make a plastic bottle takes over three times as much water as the bottle will contain when it’s filled? It’s a scary fact I think. I knew that bottled water wasn’t exactly environmentally friendly – but I was still stunned to learn that little pearl of wisdom. Personally, I use a Brita filter jug to get my water from the tap. Apart from the fact that it’s kinder to the environment, it’s also a lot cheaper. It’s easier than lugging loads of heavy bottles of water back from the supermarket – and I never run out either.
