Eating all the wrong kinds of foods?
Many of the processed foods we eat daily lack a serious effort to include dietary or nutritional supplements. Although these foods taste good and claim to be 0% trans fat the reality is they are lacking in areas that make those claims mean nothing really. It does no good to cut the fat and also cut the vitamins too! Maybe you have a fat free white bread. So what? It has zero nutritional value anyway.
