It’s a Happy Day

I’ve tried plenty of diet programs during my short lifetime thus far. Unfortunately, none of them ever really worked so well. Part of the problem is that I would get bored and quit the program. Or, I would encounter too much stress and turn to my comfort zone, which always involved food. But, I saw an ad for the Medifast weight loss program and decided to give it a try. Boy am I glad that I did. After two weeks on the plan, I lost more weight than I ever had on any diet. And, I enjoyed the program in general, which has you eat a small meal every few hours. I didn’t get bored with the meals. I am confident that I will continue on this positive road to a new me.
