Lose belly fat by walking

A smart thing to do is to combine dieting and walking or another form of exercise together. Both will work wonders for your body, how ever combining the two is like a catalyst for weight loss. Cutting calories, and getting 20-30 minutes of exercise each day can double your weekly weight loss, and you won’t feel hungry.
