Low Fat Or Low Carb?

It is a question that many people ask when they are trying to lose weight and get a six pack that they have always wanted. Is it better to cut out the fat? Or is it better to go on a low carb diet to try and lose those extra pounds? I guess the answer really comes down to how active you are and what your specific goals are. If you want to lose weight and have that six pack, then you should lower your carbs but don’t cut them out completely. Your body still needs them to function correctly. If you combine it with the best abs workout, then that is the best option for you.
