Our yoga business plan.
I am opening a new yoga studio next month and want to share our yoga business plan vision.
I have been teaching for 3 years now and our facility has been outgrown by our client base, so with joy my boss encouraged me to open my own studio and take the students with me who have been in my classes.
We agreed to share in special education between our studios and offer yoga retreats for all our students.
I will have a somewhat larger location and so plan to market in order to bring in more students. I want to also offer massage and possibly other healing arts.
For any of the yoga modalities that I do not teach, I will refer to the other location and help my partner continue her success.
