Panic Attacks in Children Can Be Difficult to Recognize
Although most of us would consider our childhood to be some of the most carefree days of our lives, panic attacks in children have become rather common in recent years. Times have changed and unfortunately, this is something that is changed along with them. The real difficult part about dealing with these types of panic attacks is the fact that it is difficult to recognize when the child is going through it. The child may not even understand it themselves and certainly will not be able to communicate their feelings to you effectively. Watch for the classic warning signs and be ready to identify the problem yourself.
