Why Do You Eat? Just ask yourself this question, why do I eat?
Is it for fun? Hunger? Survival Need? Emotion? Boredom? Because it should be dinner time? Or are your eating habits based on your fitness goals?
When you are faced with the choice of putting food into your mouth, ask the simple question. Why am I eating? If the answer is anything that deviates from your fitness goals, ask yourself will this help me achieve my goals? Is it worth the pain in the future for the short term pleasure now?
