Put an End to Negative Thinking, Stop Panic Attack

Always remember that pessimism is your biggest enemy. How to put an end to it? Well, by screaming out loud inside your head, the word- "STOP". Saying "STOP" actually works, as it helps stop panic attack. It sends an emergency signal to your brain which in turn sends signal to your adrenal glands, (the root cause of panic attacks) to finally put an end to your panic attack. Often, during the attack, the catastrophic thoughts get into loop and keep on playing in your head over and over again. Through "STOP" message, you put a barrier to your endless terrible thoughts.
