Staying on the Healthy Diet for the New Year
Many people want to be healthier this new year and they vow to stay on the healthy diet for the whole year, at least. Usually, people start of eating healthy and living a healthier life in the beginning of the year but later on they start to eat unhealthy and live an unhealthy life.
They may even start the new year off exercising daily but soon they will stop the daily exercise.
In the beginning of the year, they may watch their calorie intake and their fat intake, but by the end of the year, they would be eating snacks, fatty snacks and desserts and many unhealthy foods.
