Thanksgiving Turkey Helped my Insomnia

I’ve battled insomnia for most of my life, going on 20 years now. Some of the silliest things for insomnia help actually worked for me. I used to think that the sleepiness I got after Thanksgiving turkey was just caused by my insomnia, after all I”m usually tired by 2pm on a daily basis. But I remember seeing something on the news that said it was caused by the turkey. You might think its silly, but I went out that day and bought enough turkey to make a week’s worth of sandwiches. That’s what I had for dinner, and it worked for a while. Next time you hear a silly tip, try it because it might work for you!
