Are you considering refinancing your mortgage?
If you are considering refinancing your mortgage now is the best time to do so. The interest rates are at historical lows. Unfortunately though not many people qualify for this program. This is a shame as refinancing would help many people from going under. Yes there were a lot of speculators out in the market but that is no good reason why they should not also benefit. After all it was the speculators who drove the market up. Are we to punish them now? Does not seem all together fair. I just wish more people would think like I do.
