When I found out that I was pregnant, I thought I would have to put the baby in my son’s or daughter’s room, depending on the sex of the new baby. We didn’t have an extra bedroom to turn into a nursery. My daughter had an idea. She asked my husband and I if we could transform the attic into a bedroom for her and use her room as the nursery. It was a great idea, but after we finished the attic, we realized that my daughter’s bedroom furniture would not fit into the room very well. We ended up buying her new bedroom furniture.
