Thank Customers with Thoughtful Letters
When you work in sales like I do, the most important thing is making sure that your customers have the best experience possible. One of the ways that I like to show my customers that I really care about them is writing them thank you letters after every sale. Instead of just buying generic cards, I like to hand write mine to give them a more personal touch. I do need some inspiration at times as to what I should write, so I look on the Internet. I have found a few sites that offer useful advice and tips on writing letters and even some content to get me started.
