Which white wines are the most versatile?
I like the idea of bringing a bottle of wine when I go over to a friend’s house for dinner or for some other sort of occasion. However, I never know quite which wine would be the best to bring. I always end up guessing what might be good. Can anyone tell me which white wine is the most versatile? I would like to bring a nice wine that could go with a lot of different things for dinner, and that way they could use it either the night I visit or another depending on what they would prefer to do.
