Story of Tom Losing stomach fat
I have a neighbor. I never really new the guy until he had a heart attack just last year. At the time he was well over 300 pounds but only 45 years old. Tom and I talked a lot after his heart attack. I ended up offering him some advice to Lose Fat. My advice I gave him what to get in a consistent mode of exercise. Work out 5 days a week at least 45 minutes a day, half weight training the other half of the time cardio such as running, biking, the eliptical trainer etc. In the end Tom losy nearly 100 pounds and is healthier then ever.
