The Easiest Way to Pay Taxes
I would really like to look into the way other countries have their citizens pay taxes. All these alternatives keep being proposed, some of which recommend that we end withholding taxes. I am wondering whether or not they really would make things better. Do most countries have a system somewhat similar to ours where they have sales tax and they withhold income tax from people’s checks, or do some countries have systems like some of the ones people sometimes propose the US start to use? I would really like to learn more about this. If no one else is using these different systems I’m less likely to vote for them.
