Proper Swimming for Ironman Training

I want to talk to you about Ironman training for triathlon events, especially the swimming portion of the event. Like I said in another post, swimming occurs in three phases and I’ll tell you about each one of these phases so you can better understand and better to prepare for your triathlon. Phase 1 is basically when you place your body on the edge of the entrance to the pool. After that phase 2 involves leaving out with one of your arms so that you can propel yourself forward. Finally phase 3 has to do with a forward motion which we use to propel yourself through the water.
