She’s Still Very Focused
My daughter is now in eighth grade. She is still very much focused on her future career. She tells me that her life was changed forever back when she was in fifth grade and some parents came in for career week. She says that once she heard the court reporter job description that she knew that it was the right career path for her. I was sure that she would have changed her mind at least a dozen times by now but she hasn’t. She knows everything that there is to know about the job, and can even point out when it’s being done wrong on a fictional television show.
