Find People For Free
You may have seen the services online that give you information on people for a charge, but how can you find people for free? Start with the free version of those same services. Often that is enough to locate somebody. If you get a name and a city, for example, you can then look up the person in the phone records in that city, either online or using the phone books from around the country that many libraries provide. Another way to locate a person is to use a “phone pretext.” This involves calling a friend or family member of the person and suggesting that you need to locate him or her to repay a debt, or for some other good reason.
