Tampa probate attorney saved us money
Sometimes people don’t understand the “total cost” of certain things. I know because when I was named the executor of my dad estate in Tampa, Florida I initially balked at hiring a Tampa probate attorney. The attorney said the fee would be around 3% for settling the estate. That at the time, seemed like a lot of money. But actually the attorney made us much more than his fee. Because he was efficient in settling my dad’s estate. He sold over $3.4 in real estate just before the market tanked. I don’t know for sure, but I think he saved us hundreds of thousands of dollars.
