U.K. Fathers Rights

In the U.K there are certain rights for separated fathers from their children.  fathers rights Scotland, England and Wales vary with certain rule changes in each area.  The growing rate of single parents now is on the increase and the mother usually has the child living with her in most cases.  However, in cases for example if a mother is unfit with a drug or drink problem, the court will usually award custody of the child to the father for the child with a ruling given by the court to the mother to get help and support and custody may be given back once treated. In other cases the child can be used as a weapon between the parents to get back at one another. The courts always take the child’s welfare into consideration and do not make important decisions without looking into both sides of the story and try to encourage equal rights to both parents for the child’s sake.
