Thank you Concord For Excellent Tech Support!
I am not very tech savvy at all. I have trouble checking my emails most of the time. Well, when my printer went out last week when I really needed it, I had to find help. I tried all the local stores, but their customer service was terrible. Finally I thought I should go online and try to help myself by reading about what I needed. That didn’t last long, but I did find Concord Supplies and their tech support. I was able to talk with them and find out that I needed a hp laserjet 1022 toner for my printer. I was happy that I actually got through finding and replacing the ink for my printer that I had to tell the world how great Concord is.
