Use the Internet as a Resource
If you don’t know how to Fix Computer Problems then don’t worry. There are lots of good forums on the internet. People are very willing to help you figure out what is wrong with your computer.
Before you go to a forum, you need to run basic maintenance programs and try some other basic troubleshooting tools before you go to the internet. That will speed up the process of someone being able to pinpoint your exact problem and hopefully get you back on track quicker. Please be aware that everyone on the internet isn’t an expert so take the advice you get in caution. Don’t do anything that you are not comfortable doing.
