Travel insurance quote – Semester Abroad
When I spent my semester in France, I obtained a travel insurance quote before departing. I did end up purchasing a policy, just to be safe. It was a good thing I did because I ended up incurring some medical bills during my stay. Because the provider was from a foreign country, my home medical insurance company haggled a little about paying the bill. The insurance I had purchased was quite good, so they kicked in the extra amount that my company would not pay when all was said and done. I wonder if they would have covered my lost luggage if it hadn’t been found?
